I L O V E chocolate. Almonds and chocolate, coconut and chocolate, caramel and chocolate, chocolate and chocolate. I don’t discriminate. So, naturally, Samoa Girl Scout cookies are right up my alley. Those little suckers are AMAZING and also 140 calories per TWO cookies. That is basically just a tease. In honor of my love for Samoa’s and my neighbor Shannon’s request, I created what might be the best Shakeology recipe…Ever. At least, I think so. For now.
This recipe is more of a healthy dessert, than an everyday shake. It also has a few steps, unlike our normal shakes. BUT its delicious and fun, so why not?!
First, you’ll need to make my Clean Samoa Cookie Recipe .
Once that is done, you’ll make a basic Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology recipe.
12 oz unsweetened vanilla almond milk
4-6 ice cubes
1/2 cup fresh spinach
1/8 cup toasted unsweetened shredded coconut
1 serving Chocolate or Vanilla Shakeology
In a blender, combine your almond milk, ice, banana, spinach, and Shakeology. Serve and crumble a Clean Samoa Cookie and toasted coconut over the top. If you still have some left over caramel and chocolate sauce from the cookie recipe, drizzle it over the top for some extra love.
