When I say “you’re” what I am really saying is “we’re”. I love me some chocolate!
Here is a healthy recipe to keep your sweet tooth in check! The best part is, this recipe is FULL of superfoods. This little treat has the power to increase your energy, boost your immune system, reduce your appetite, and even burn fat more quickly. Chocolate can do that?! Nope, not just any chocolate can do that. Shakeology can.
1 serving of chocolate Shakeology
1/2 cup of melted coconut oil
1 tsp all natural peanut butter
In a small mixing bowl combine coconut oil and Shakeology, until it is smooth. Pour mixture into a flat bottomed glass bowl or dish. Ideally you want your chocolate to be about 1/4 inch thick. Next, spoon your peanut butter over the top and swirl it in. Freeze for a minimum of 1 hour before cutting it up & serving.
