Looking for an honest 21 Day Fix Review? Here it is.
Let me start off by saying I really didn’t think this program was going to be that great. I was thinking it was going to be a little aerobic girlie routine. Well, it’s not the first time I would have to eat my words. My parents bought the 21 Day Fix before I did. I had encouraged my mom to get it, since she was fairly new to working out. When we were in town visiting them for a few weeks, I decided to try it too. I had no idea I was going to love it so much! It’s definitely not a little lame workout. It’s pretty challenging!!!
The workout schedule is 30 minutes a day, 7 days a week. The workouts are full body movements with hand weights or a resistance band. Challenging, but not insane, like some of our other programs. The trainer, Autumn, is motivating and full of great simple quotes, to push you through your reps. She isn’t annoying either. * Huge bonus* By the time you start looking at the clock, hoping its almost done, you’re already halfway through it and able to push yourself that much harder the last half.
The eating plan is AWESOME. I use the word awesome because it is easy to follow, it teaches you how to eat clean, AND it shows you proper portion sizes. Most of us have no clue what a correct portion size is. The portions at restaurants are enough to feed 2-3 people usually. and people wonder why 2 out of 3 people in the United States are obese… That will be saved for another post.
In the eating plan booklet, you will have a formula which helps you calculate your ideal caloric intake as well as how many containers you will have in a day. You will have tally sheets to track your daily containers. It’s much easier than it sounds.
There are no specific recipes you HAVE to follow. Which I like. I am rebellious, so anything with a set meal plan and recipes, makes me feel the need to eat multiple donuts and run far away. This plan gives you a list of options for each color of container. YOU pick and choose what you put in them. Which I love. This helps you understand different food categories. I know when I started Eating Clean, it was so confusing. I didn’t know what a “complex carbohydrate” was. I had ideas of what a “lean protein” meant, but I wasn’t sure. I really had to read a lot to figure these things out. I WISH this program was out then. It makes the learning process so much simpler.
The beauty of the 21 Day Fix is you can do it at any fitness level. From a beginner with over 100 lbs to lose, to someone who’s been working out for a long time, but needs to break a plateau and learn how to eat for better results.
My 21 Day Fix Transformation
Sure, I didn’t have weight to lose, but I have been consistently working out for quite a while now. I did however lose inches and see great changes in my muscle definition. Not too shabby for 3 weeks progress. I love this program and will be doing many rounds of it!

Anna Lost 96 pounds after 10 rounds. The beauty of this program is that you can use it over and over until you achieve the results you want. You increase the challenge, by bumping up your weights and pushing yourself harder. Hands down, the BEST program for creating a LIFESTYLE change.
